The kids loved the direct access to the river, giving us a chance for some scenic walks and fun outdoor activities.

The bathrooms definitely need an upgrade, as they appeared quite outdated and not very clean upon our arrival.

The place was immaculately clean with a really helpful staff at check-out.

Actually, Wi-Fi was bad and our bed was dirty.

amazing base for discovering ljubljana with very amiable staff at check-out. ideal location just next door to the centre of town in about ten minutes as well as another water park, could not be better.

Mould and maintenance issues plagued several rooms, prompting at least one guest to switch rooms entirely. Small sizes of the rooms made it difficult to navigate with luggage, while the restaurant's food fell short, with frozen items and even rotten tomatoes. The bar service was notably slow, with delays of over 30 minutes just to get drinks. Families expressed frustrations about lack of timely updates on pool openings, with wait times extending to over an hour for minimal swimming time.

Booked a room with air condition.

the only good thing was the free parking and the price of the room!everything else was less than average!

The pool was superb, but the check-in took ages.

Enjoyed the proximity to Ljubljana, had easy access via the bus stop right outside. The campsite offered a restful place and was clean, with well-kept facilities. The included WiFi was insufficient, only reaching the reception area and very slow at that. The pool access cost an additional fee, which wasn't disclosed upfront. Dealing with the check-in process was frustrating as I had to wait idly for the barrier to open each time we left. The staff were polite but lacked hospitality skills, especially when discussing issues.

The staffs at the reception extremely phlegmatic, with bad English, don’t speak German.

Overall clean hotel, and the staff were very friendly, location was magnificent in the town center. Location: the venue was so close to public transport, and bus stop, good connection to city center. Also, it was 2 miles from a multi-purpose stadium...

The clean and spacious family suite was perfect for us and even had a little fridge to store snacks.

In my wife's opinion, the communication regarding pool access needs improvement.

At the reception the ladies were not too nice - I was waiting for quite a long when one of them stopped phoning and noticed me. The other kept writing something important all the time.

We stayed here for 2 nights over the new year (inc new year's eve) and had a great time. Parking availablity were fine and the staff very friendly. Due to the cold the washing machines had frozen and we had a massive pile of clothing as there was 4 of us on a car trip over two weeks and the very helpful cleaner helped us to wash it in their machine which we were very grateful for as there was not much else open. The hotel is a few minutes out of town - no problem for us as we had a car and there was a but stop right outside and I'm sure a taxi wouldn't cost much. Breakfast was fresh and lots of options - having read the other reviews I didn't have high expectations and it was fine.

Our phone and hair dryer in the room didn't work while we were there.
